All products sold on this website (including e-books, guides, protocols and digital wellness programs) are digital and delivered instantly.
There is no physical shipment.
No Refunds On Digital Products
Because digital downloads cannot be “returned,” all sales are final.
Once payment is completed and access to the digital file is delivered, we do not provide refunds, exchanges or cancellations.
Accidental Purchase / Duplicate Order
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice within the same order, please contact us immediately. We will review duplicate purchase cases on a case-by-case basis.
